Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! The rooms, named after different Civil War generals, were impeccably clean, warm, and cozy, providing a mix of 19th-century charm and modern technology. The highlight was the undisturbed peace and a very accommodating late check-out courtesy of David. The only downside was the mismatched decor, but it still felt like a home away from home.
The room had only a door between it and the living room, which was spacious, inviting, comfortable, and very charming. It was in need of an update, but we were told it would be happening soon. The mattress was supremely comfortable.
Staying at this historic home is a delightful experience, filled with character, charm, and comfort. The outstanding breakfast prepared by Iris, Brittney, and Wayne adds a personal touch to your stay. The hotel's great location, just a short walk from downtown, makes it ideal for upcoming events like graduations. However, being close to rt, there might be a bit of noise to consider.
